L'arrêté protège cette statue à l'église de Benque-Dessus, probablement par erreur, car l'objet se trouve à l'église de Benque-Dessous (église Saint-Geniès – PA00135449). De plus, la statue est désignée comme représentant Saint-Ginest, mais il faudrait plutôt lire : Saint Genest (saint Genès).
